- Using a non-protected 18650 battery could damage your whip. If you source extra batteries, ensure they have a protected circuit
- Charge your whip fully before use. May need 8+ hours charge time to reach maximum capacity
- Using a silicone lubricant can help to reduce snags and keep the fibres clean. A non-silicone lubricant can cause your fibres to become gummy and is not recommended
- Pixel whips are designed for gentle movement, not as a weapon. Avoid striking the fibres against hard surfaces as this can cause them to bend or even break off completely
