What’s Your Length?
Our practice poi and available in 40cm, 50cm and 60cm lengths. Choose the size that fits most comfortably along the length of your arm between your hand and your body.
The Right Weight
We have 2 standard weights/sizes of Poi head available. Our smaller head is 7cm diameter and weighs approximately 115g (per single head). Our larger head is 8cm diameter and weighs approximately 210g (per single head). The larger head is closer to many fire Poi in weight and will spin slower than our smaller head. The right weight for you will come down to personal preference, but we do recommend our smaller head for our younger Flowmies.
Hand-Crafted Design
Each Poi is carefully crafted from quality braided rope and uses a beautiful, strong monkey fist knot for the head with a comfortable wooden handle. The head and tether rope is all one piece so there’s no additional knots or hardware to get in the way, making these the ideal choice for beginners.
