Back to back festivals...

Back to back festivals...

Why not?!

Two weeks ago, we shared the news that we (Tim and Hannah) have decided to wrap up our involvement with Fire & Flow NZ and we can not express how blown away we were by the influx of kind words from our community.

Last month, we did back-to-back festivals with Dimension and Shipwrecked, and we had such a blast that we're doing it again!

This weekend we'll be at WOMAD, and we're stoked to announce that next weekend we'll be joining the awesome folks at Earthbeat. If you're heading along to either, come and say hi, have some yarns, and join us for a flow jam.

Orders can be collected at Earthbeat - simply let us know when you place your order and we'll make sure to have it ready for you to pick up.

We'll be away at WOMAD all weekend then Earthbeat next week so no orders will be sent until we're back on Tuesday 26 March.

But between you and me, keep your eyes peeled next week for some awesome clearance deals coming your way!

For our latest photo comp, we asked to see your backyard flow pics. No festivals, nothing fancy - just chill time at home or with your local flow community.

We had a huge number of entries for this one and it was SO hard to narrow it down. After much deliberation, we selected our top 5 and now it's time for you to vote for your fave. Head on over to our Facebook and get your votes in - you'll have until Monday 18 March to have your say before we announce the winner.

You can check out all the entries here.

WHAT’S ON FOR THE FLOWMIES?

WOMAD
15-17 March
New Plymouth (Bowl of Brooklands and Brooklands Park)

Fire & Flow NZ will be at WOMAD this weekend!

WOMAD - World of Music, Arts and Dance - is one of the longest-running, best culturally established festivals on the planet.

With an impressive array of artists, costumes, music, and of course dance, this three day event is unlike anything else and not to be missed.

Earthbeat
20-24 March
Auckland (Ātiu Creek)

Fire & Flow NZ will be at Earthbeat next weekend!

Earthbeat is a place to play, learn, revitalise, and make new connections. A five day, family-friendly wonderland accessible for all with live music, kids zone, art, wellness and healing, presentations, and over 60 workshops. Earthbeat are on a mission to be completely waste-free and pride themselves on having a whanau focused community vibe.

NZ Juggling and Circus Festival
29 March - 1 April
Dunedin (Waiora Scout Camp)

The NZJCF is the perfect place to learn and share a variety of circus skills, from aerials to juggling, from beginner to expert, there’s something for everyone.

Workshops to share your skills and learn some new ones, variety artists offering incredible circus shows, and even a circus Olympics! Since 1993, the NZJCF has been welcoming people of all ages and abilities, local, national and international, to come and join the excitement that circus offers.

Winter is Passing
25-29 July
Tauranga (Aongatete Lodge)

What better way to spend a mid-winter weekend than a mid-winter festival to warm you up!

Focus on juggling and passing during the day, make some new friends and reconnect with old mates, then settle in with board games in front of the fire in the evenings.

STAY SPINFORMED!

Nothing beats a good flow jam with like-minded people. Skill sharing, encouraging words, laughs and fun. There are a ton of welcoming regional fire and flow groups around Aotearoa with regular meet ups, so go on, Find Your Tribe - you never know who you'll meet or what you might learn!

Here’s what Danielle from Timaru has to say about Fire & Flow NZ:

" Fantastic! Great team. Love this store, all products are well priced and well made. Very responsive team. Support local!”

Thanks for the positive words and the support Danielle!
