STAY SPINFORMED!
Teaming up with our Product Spotlight, we wanted to share our hoop-tastic article that gives you The Inside Scoop on Hoop!
Hooping is an excellent way to keep active, and has been a beloved pastime for children (and adults) for countless generations.
Did you know..? In Australia, children used wooden hoops as toys and as a form of exercise, and this is where the idea for the modern Hula Hoop originated. In 1958, Wham-O released the Hula Hoop, and it’s estimated that around 25 million hoops were sold in just the first four months!
Hoops come in a range of variations, from size to weight, and while it may seem backwards, a lighter, smaller hoop may not necessarily be easier to use. For a more in-depth exploration of this remarkably round prop, be sure to check out our article!
Here’s what Danielle from Timaru reckons about our hoops:
“Fun! Love this hoop. Miss 12 picked it up fast! I’m almost there haha. Love the quality and colours.”
We’re thrilled you and your daughter love your hoop, Danielle!
