SHIPPING POLICY
By shopping with Fire and Flow NZ, you agree to the terms set out below.

WHERE CAN I SHIP TO?
- Orders can only be shipped to a New Zealand residential address. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
- Shipping prices are based on weight and are calculated at checkout. All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
- We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-5 working days for orders to be made and ready to be shipped. If you need your item/s sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate this.
- Some items take longer than others to make. Orders with multiple items will not be shipped until all items are ready.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
- Most orders should arrive within 2-4 days of being dispatched. When your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
- Once your order is with the courier, it is beyond our control. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the delivery of your order, please contact us at kia-ora@fireandflow.co.nz
- Please allow for potential delays outside of our control, such as Covid related delays.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT AN ORDER?
- If you change your mind about your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once we have booked the courier, we are unable to cancel an order.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act. You can view our full returns policy here.

- The collection, storage, and use of any personal data is done so in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.
