Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, for any reason, you can return your purchase for a refund or store credit.

There are some important things to note about returns.

  • If you would like to return an item, please first contact us at admin@fireandflow.co.nz
  • You can return your purchase for any reason, providing the item/s are in a new and unused condition.
  • Items packaged for return must be done in such a way that they will not get damaged in transit.
  • You must have proof of purchase.
  • Any returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
  • Sale items 
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Flammable liquids
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS

We will repair or replace a defective or damaged item providing the following conditions are met:

  • The item has not been altered in any way
  • The damage has not been caused by misuse

REFUNDS 

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
