Our birthday month is almost over!
We are over halfway through our September-long birthday bash and we’ve been super impressed with the #birthdayspinnz video entries so far. Y’all are some awesome and skilled folks and we love seeing your flow! Keep ‘em coming!
We get so excited when we see content from all the Kiwi spinners across Aotearoa, so we thought it would be fun to do a little photo contest! Share a pic of you spinning a flow prop - day show (flow), night show (fire) or light show (LED) - and we’ll shortlist the top 5 for the community to vote on and pick their favourites.

Perhaps it’s a photo that shows off your unique sense of style, or is particularly artistic, or has epic flames, or simply something that you’re proud of - just make sure that no one else is shown who hasn’t consented to their image being shared.

ELEKTRA - Friday Night Fever We are stoked to be part of Elektra this weekend! We’ll be doing a couple of fire shows and have roving performers so get the family together, stroll through the park strewn with lights, get your boogie on with groovy disco balls and flower power – for one night only. There’ll be a range of food trucks camping out between the stage and the lantern filled trees, entertained by fire and light shows, and treated to some awesome live music on the main stage. If you’re in Taranaki, come check it out and come say hi if you see us! |

The Youth Circus Festival This weekend, Circability is hosting a FREE event with a talented line-up of national and international circus artists. This all-abilities series of workshops for youth between the ages of 12-24 years old, is designed to help enhance skills and build confidence. The Gypsy Fair The Gypsy Fair has been serving up arts and crafts, music, delicious food, circus and flow, and beautiful smiles around New Zealand since 1990. A family-friendly, free event, with a focus on supporting local artisan crafters and artists. They begin their travels this weekend in Taupō - go check ‘em out. |
